We’ve gotten lucky with the screen cap for this weeks “What The Hell Is That?” contest … it’s Nekkid Bill! For those of you following the spoilers, you probably know that things are gonna be getting even more crazy for Bill Compton (as if they haven’t gotten crazy enough!). Have a look at the screen cap, and give your best guess for what’s going on with Bill in the scene. The title of next week’s episode is “Everybody Wants to Rule the World.”
Here’s how it goes: We’ll post a screen cap of Bill Compton from an upcoming season five episode every week. All you have to do is tell us what you think is happening in the screen cap. At the end of the season the person with the most correct theories will have their choice of a True Blood S4 Blu-Ray Set which includes a bonus disc from last years PaleyFest or a True Blood Bill Compton Bust; second place will win a True Blood Heat Sensitive Mug. Check out the prizes.
What are the rules? There’s only one, let’s keep it on the clean side. Easy Peasy! I do have one helpful hint; include as much detail in your speculation as possible and make sure you write it in the comment section. Example: “Bill’s mad and he’s gonna bite someone,” ain’t gonna cut it. Use your imagination. Don’t forget HBO has a a tendency to mislead with their teasers.
The winner of last week’s episode is Ariel, who correctly concluded that Salome enticed Bill into feeding from a human. Her answer was pretty succinct, but her theory was the closest to the correct answer. Don’t forget to submit your theory for this week’s contest, as it is still up for anyone to win! I keep thinking hot Bill nekked is the picture I really want to ponder. Of course that would take hours and hours of careful study and research but I’d be willing to make that sacrifice – take that one for the team. Just want you gals to know you can count on me.

Bill is having a daymare.
This new circumstance he is in will cause his subconscious to haunt him.
If he is supposedly a sanguinista then he should be happy feraly feeding off of Sookie.
But I don’t think he will be at all.
It’s just one more thing to torment him.

Bill’s past with Sookie is coming back to haunt him. The scene is the blood of Lilith is still in him, forcing Bill to imagine draining Sookie of all her blood.

I think it’s a complete and total dream sequence and he’s likely dreaming of being with Sookie. (Naked Bill!Yay!)
I can’t help but think (hope) that he will wake from this dream as he is about to tear Sookie’s throat out and as a result he does start to have serious doubts about the path he has started to tread.
So the question for Bill to agonize over will be… could he kill Sookie like humans kill a cow in the slaughterhouse?

Another POV is that Salome will insist that Bill attack Sookie to prove his loyalty to the sanguinistas and to her.
Salome knows Bill loves Sookie. She would want that distraction gone so she can have Bill all to herself, didn’t Lorena want the same thing?.
If anything can break Bill from this fall from grace it is the real love he shared with Sookie.
If this is anywhere near to the truth, I hope that he comes to his senses and then has a discussion with Sookie about what’s happening and the danger to all.

I think they are in Salome’s bed, so Bill is having a dream of Sookie where they are together having sex and he bites her like he normally would, but I think she’ll either morph into someone else in the dream or he won’t be able to stop drinking and will wake up even more tormented than he already is.

I think it is a dream that Bill has brouht about by his conflicting feelings as to what is right and wrong. I think he attackes Sookie in a dream.

Which by the way is totally messed up because I’ve been waiting 2 years for a Bill and Sookie make up sex , or I’m still longing for you sex scene, and what we are gong to get is blood lust.

We know that Bill will eat sookie, probably it’s sookie’s dream beacuse Jason remember her that Bill was the love of her life, so Sookie have that dream to remember him or this really happen and they have reconciliation’s sex <3

its all salones fault that she ruined our beautiful protected Bill…either Bill drain Sookie or turned her when he relized he drained her too much and couldnt live in the world without her being exit…maybe eric goes in and stops Bill in time ..if not then he helps Bill turn Sookie …..gotta wait till Sunday p.m…..ooooh I still wanna do real bad thing with them!!!!…v”v…YEAH!!!

Bill and Sookie have finally reunited and Bill is trying desperately to keep himself under control. Even though he is trying, his vampire nature kicks in and he attacks Sookie.

Yay! I’m gonna take a guess that this is actually a dream that Sookie is having about Bill. Sookie is freaked out because of coming into contact with the Waldo vampire. She starts to think about the vampires lusting after her blood, which is what makes her have the dream.

Bill and Salome are in her bedroom. Bill has finished draining the human. He has just had the flashback of Sarah but is also feeling the pull of the darkness offered by Salome, conflicted by the vision of Lilith. He struggles with the different feelings. Salome wants to solidify her control/hold over him and sets out to seduce him. He responds to but as he is having sex with Salome, he has a vision/dream of Sookie. In the vision Sookie looks innocent, pure – this is the Sookie who he made love to in front of the fireplace, not the Sookie who had makeup sex with him on the floor. She represents love, purity, innocence, all that he wanted to hold on to within himself – his humanity. His vision turns to the part of him that is savage, the life Salome is trying to take vampires to – and Bill sees himself becoming dark, attacking and biting into Sookie, as he did in the back of the van. He gives in to that part of himself with Salome. I’m not sure if he truly feels himself tipping over the edge – gives up on trying to retain his humanity or if he is somehow holding on to that deep within him as he has to be what Salome is wanting from him in order to survive & find a way to stop her. Either way I think his internal struggle is genuine.

Whoa! Cool theory SNA! I think Bill will always have that part of his humanity inside him and Sookie brought it back to him in the beginning in the first place…
I believe that Sookie will bring him back even in some small way to re-evaluate his true desires… humanity and living his eternity with some sort of peace.

I think Bill is dreaming and he has conflicting feelings. The dream is actually symbolic. His dream reminds him of what will happen if he sides with the Sanguinistas, and that siding with them equals the death of his relationship with Sookie. That is what the bite really means, that he is letting Sookie go.
