It’s a new week, a new screencap, and hopefully, some more new theories. This week’s pickins’ for a good screencap were slim to none, as our beloved Bill was hardly featured in next week’s preview. So, like the title of next week’s episode, “Hopeless”, which is what we felt, we abandoned our efforts and chose a screen cap of Lafayette and his mom. So have fun with something different … I’m sure y’all won’t disappoint.
Here’s how it goes: We’ll post a screen cap of Bill Compton from an upcoming season five episode every week. All you have to do is tell us what you think is happening in the screen cap. At the end of the season the person with the most correct theories will have their choice of a True Blood S4 Blu-Ray Set which includes a bonus disc from last years PaleyFest or a True Blood Bill Compton Bust; second place will win a True Blood Heat Sensitive Mug. Check out the prizes.
What are the rules? There’s only one, let’s keep it on the clean side. Easy Peasy! I do have one helpful hint; include as much detail in your speculation as possible and make sure you write it in the comment section. Example: “Bill’s mad and he’s gonna bite someone,” ain’t gonna cut it. Use your imagination. Don’t forget HBO has a a tendency to mislead with their teasers.

I think Bill just threatened the life of Nora and called Eric an idiot due to Eric informing him that he actually did tell Nora about burying Russell. It’s all Eric’s fault once again that everyone’s life is in danger.

I think Lafayette goes to Ruby Jean for advice on what to do. But Ruby Jean tells Lafayette she got a message from Jesus too and that the demon in Lafayette is evil and it is going to get him in trouble unless he gets a hold on it. She’s telling him her better get away from her because he is dangerous.

Way to go Bennie!
Jesus loved Lafayette and he was very fond of Ruby Jean – so I’m going with Jesus-head is not evil or intent on doing either of them harm. When he appeared to both of them his mouth was sewn shut so he could not tell them what he is trying to say, so I think he was trying to warn them against something. Ruby Jean tells Lafayette he has powerful magic that he must use to try to get in touch with Jesus to find out what he is trying to tell them; but that there are other powerful forces with dark magic. Perhaps it’s Jesus’ grandfather looking for revenge or another wanting to take the magic Lafayette took from Jesus.

I think Jesus’s grandfather’s wife has had her baby and he wants the demon to stay in his bloodline so he stole Jesus’s body and sewed his lips shut so he can’t help Lafayette with the Demon. Ruby Jean understood Jesus even with his mouth shut (she has mental powers too) and she warns Laffy about the old man and the demon. The preview shows her telling Laffy he’s evil but that’s after she gives him Jesus’s message. Laffy has to find his body and cut the stitches so Jesus can help him with the demon.
(yuck! he better toss those scissors after cutting the stitches!)ha ha

Hey Boobear! That would be me and not Shynn. There’s a link to it on Simply Moyer’s Facebook, I post it on the BWW and tweet about the contest on a regular basis. Also every Monday afternoon a new pic is posted for the contest. I don’t know what else to do to make it easier, but I’m glad you finally found it.
And no worries, everyone is still in the running, even if they’ve come into late. Usually the guesses and wins are so close it’s not over until it’s over.

Lafayette is scared from whatever his Mama is telling him. She’s probably telling him that Jesus talks to her and he might think she’s acting crazy.

Congratulations Bennie! I think that Lafayette’s mother is telling him that Jesus told her that Lafayette has a demon in him, which is why he keeps seeing the mask in the mirror before he does bad things.

I think she is reassuring Lafayette that he is a good person, and that he will be able to control the demon and not do any harm to anyone he cares about.
