With only two episodes left this season, the countdown is most definitely on! Here is the episode description for next week’s episode, “Sunset.”
Slipping further into religious fervor, Bill (Stephen Moyer) gives Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) an order she’s loath to carry out. Armed with a damning video of Russell (Denis O’Hare) and Steve (Michael McMillian), the military delivers an ultimatum to the Authority. Claude (Giles Matthey) and Maurella (Kristina Anapau) take Sookie (Anna Paquin) to meet the faerie elder, who may know something about an ancient family secret. Alcide (Joe Manganiello) reconnects with his father; Sam (Sam Trammell) and Luna (Janina Gavankar) hitch a ride into the Authority. Written by: Angela Robinson Directed by: Lesli Linka Glatter

Exciting …

I hate what is happening to Bill and tonight’s episode was one of the most difficult to watch out of the entire series. I was aghast when he pushed the button to end Molly (cute little techie girl) and when he watched Nora force Lilith’s blood on Eric.
From the preview it looks like Bill is yet another good person drawn into the cesspool of cult religion and doing things that previously they would have never considered.
Rather than being pulled out of his madness by the prospect of KRE feeding on Sookie, it looks like he is going to end the entire family by forcing Jessica to feed on Jason. I am hoping against all evidence that this ‘order’ is the beginning of his end as the ‘chosen one’ and that he pulls out of this madness. I had thought it would begin tonight, but as it appears…no such luck.

I don’t know, tabby. If Bill didn’t use the istake on Molly, someone else would have and Bill would be looked at as a non believer and be dead dead. If the blood wasn’t forced into Eric, making Eric change his tune (or pretend to change his tune), Eric would be dead dead. I’ve grown accustomed since S1 to watching Bill be forced to do things that he didn’t really want to do. The most difficult scene for me of the entire series was when Bill was forced to turn Jessica.
It is definitely made to look like Bill is going off the deep end. It will be wonderful if things are resolved by the end of the season, but I”m thinking probably not.

Well it looks like Bill keeps falling further and further down the rabbit hole. I hate it!

I hope this is the pinnacle of Bill’s fervor… perhaps by the end of the episode we’ll start seeing some indication of clarity…
The finales always seem to wrap up a major plot by like halfway, giving time to set up the cliffhangers for next season… so we can only hope that the authority will slowly get their butts kicked, starting with this next episode…
I think once Salome is dead, Bill will be able to break the spell…

Ihave been saying since the very first series I hate how things have evolved – I loved the romance between Bill and Sookie and I liked his whole aura – right now the series is getting to be out of control and away from the beinning why couldnt it stay with Sookie involved with Bill or Eric or Alcide – a love triangle instead of all these curves and crazy things happening – you must see this – it hasn’t been u for an emmy since the beginning of the series and I feel it is the way they have gotten away from the vampire love with a human aspect – sorry just my opinion!
