That’s right Stephen Moyer fans, today is the first anniversary of the launch of Simply Moyer!
We’ve enjoyed a fun, sometimes difficult, year bringing you the most Moya news as fast as our fingers can type it. We’ve implemented some big changes to the site, some big changes to the people who run the site, and through it all our friends and fans have been awesome! Keep following here, on Twitter, and on Facebook for the best coverage of Stephen Moyer on the innernets.
Thanks to everyone who visits our site, especially our “regulars,” thanks to Our Girls – Liza, Teahead, LostSoul69, our Angry Programmer, and Mr. Graphic Designer – thanks to Bill’s Wiki’d Women for keepin’ the party goin,’ and to The Man Himself, for being such a fun subject!
We’re also proud and happy to be part of the Facing the Atlantic fund raising crew, so to celebrate our big day (aside from the usual tequila shots and male strippers) we want to help raise more money for Bertie and James’ epic adventure. We’re giving away to a random donor to FTA another True Blood special edition Bill Compton DVD set!

I know very well how frustrating, annoying, and downright bitchy it can be running a fansite, so thank you for sticking with it for the benefit of all of us Stephen fans who need a sane yet snarky haven from all the crazy and craptastic out there. Good fucking job ladies on a classy, quality site.

So… I thought about singing a song to celebrate the anniversary of such a great place!
Then I thought, hey! If I sing AND dance a happy anniversary dance that would be even better!
Then… I thought… well if I singing and dancing I should dress in something festive. So I got out last year’s Halloween costume (It was Mardi Gras themed)
So, I got dressed up, I started singing and dancing and the next thing I knew… there were firemen arriving! My neighbors spied me dancing and flailing about in my living room and thought I was being electrocuted.
When they found out what I was really doing it took me a half hour to talk the cops out of taking me for a mental health evaluation.
Next year when I celebrate your anniversary, I’ve got to remember to close the window shades.
Happy, Happy to all the fabulous women at Simply Moyer! And of course, thanks to Simply Moyer himself… without him, life would be a tad boring!

Happy Anniversary to all you wonderful women. Simply Moyer has helped make the time between seasons 3 & 4 bearable and for that I am so very grateful. You are appreciated more than you can imagine! Oh and thank you Lord for Stephen!!!!!!

Kudos to all of you that work so hard to bring us the wonderful photos and news items about our FANtastic Mr. Moyer!
It must be difficult at times, but also nice to know what a service you are doing for so many, who need this place to read and gaze at all things Stephen Moyer.
