Prior to tonight’s season finale, HBO has released this clip of Alan Ball, saying goodbye and thanking the fans for making True Blood the success that it has been. We at Simply Moyer believe that it is we fans who should be thanking Alan Ball, not only for bringing us such a kick ass show that we’ve become addicted to every summer, but most importantly, for introducing us to a very sexy British import! Thanks, Alan.

Not happy right now is an understatement! What were the writers thinking? I just can’t believe it. I’m not a fan of the books, but how did ‘asshole Eric’ of the books become the hero of TB and ‘good Bill’ become a monster?

Thanks for nothing. I’ve never been so fucking angry about the ruination of a TV show ever. Thank God for Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire and Hell on Wheels, else I’d give up on telly entirely.

All in all I know truly believe that this was AB’s way of saying a big, “Fuck You” to coming Seasons (Yeah like that’s gonna fucking happen now!)
I don’t care what the motive or reasoning behind it is but one thing is for certain. The only way to rectify Bill Compton will most likely mean meeting the true death.
I once helped a fresh fanfic writer by giving her the line:
“I put Bill on so high a pedestal, that he had nowhere to go but down.”
We certainly may have put him up there, but AB screwed us royally when he brought him down so ridiculously!!
